·         If “jobs for ALL” to ever become a reality, then there will need to be a “conned” between all the jobseekers, and all, the Employers of the world.

·         In our jobs arch, results, last column so “Applied count “i.e. so for how many candidates have applied for that job. But job-advts disappear from search- results, upon “Expiry” (normally 30 days after posting we could do something internet once we start compiling for each jobseeker, a “jobs Applied History” once this is in place, we can create, a “job, POPUARITY INDEX” –a simple tabulation of job-advert arranged in descending order of the times a job got applied by all jobseeker put together, But each job advts belongs to a company. So, no of people applying to ALL the advts of GIVEN company, indicates its popularity a “Popularity Rank”?   Or a “Preshrank”?

·         If a lot of jobseekers are applying against different jobs of same company, then obnously, that company is very popular amongst, what does the “world of jobseekers” think of a company?

IT will be a big breakthrough, should that happen, IIT-B is supposed to distriloute these, amongst 500 engineering colleges- to faculty, as well as to students.

·         As soon as he wising Yahoo / in mobile should get all of his background and from its inventory of advts. Deliver those advts; deliver those ads which are likely to interest him! Either, I have a detailed handwritten note on this strategy or an email to HP labs & in mobile.

Sowed know. Who / how many “viewed but did NOT apply! And we enabled the advertise to see this log. He can even email to WHY he did not apply!!

Then at year end, BOSS filled in his own assessment of acted performance against the SET target (after employee concerned did a SELF- Appraisal. Then BOSS revised with conceded employee & sent to Dept. with salary – increase recommend nation?

·         In L& T I had compiled & circulated a SAMPLE list of such “”measurable” objectives, exactly worded like this! 40 years this! 40 years ahead of Google!
