·         In global recruiter, we have made resume blast “ free” – hoping that many jobseekers would fall for this .but when they do, we will be forwarding their text resume along with their “ knowledge profile profile “ which would market us amongst Recruit mgrs..

·         This seems to be the case with JAM at present.

Who have poor access to job-related in of & to pc/ interment and who have never neared of monster / Naukri etc. our problem is to convince msp which are full of non-risk taking /  traditional marketers.

·         I just told Rejji to rename “process- flow chat “links as”

1) JAM- the Jobsearach killer

2) RAM- the resumes search killer / controversial?

·         Airtel is making crores of rupees thru SMS being KBC 2.

·         JAM is all about SMS I hope jobseekers in small towns & rural areas, will take to JAM- JUST SO THAT they have an excuse to sms! With cell- phone prices expected to drop to rs 900 next year the wireless market is set to explook. May be, for then we should drop “apply online to rs.1/= instead of rs.3/= in cities.

·         For jobseekers the reason ( for interactivity )is obvious : to get a job A small town boy / girl will feel enormous “power” to be able to apply to a big town corporation – just like his city – cousins.

·         In ARM jobseeker knows that his “decide the “Rank” of the advertiser.

·         This is good idea. EVERY DAY’S “rank” and the ranking published next morning may be even emailed to con corned corporates next day- that would shalka them up & Make Them Quahog Wedge” Applications within 24 hrs. !    

·         If this also adds good for jobseekers “rating” employers, then, we can expect such proactive jobseekers to apply- online more often.
