====================================================================================

When I read any book, I scribble my comments / notes in the margins

These reflect my views / opinions about what the author is saying – including my disagreement

Often, my comments are in the nature of telling myself :

Hey ! We should try out this idea in our own business ( Head-hunting / Online Recruitment )

Following are my comments re :

=====================================================================================

Pg. No. 1

·         (28-07-2006)

·         (21-08-2010)

Pg. No. 2

·         I suppose most Indian jobseekers visit the (SAME) jobsites vis: Monster India / Naukri / Times jobs / Job street / Coil etc. Ditto for HR Mgrs. & Head hunters.

Pg. No. 3

·         In last 4 yrs. (since 2006), may be 50% of young Indian have got a mobile phone. (21-08-10)

·         Still luxuries in India – may be 0.05% of the youth have access to these!

Pg. No. 4

·         This Chatting (IM) is now available on most high – end phones (-and Andree told me, it is FREE!). In another 2 yrs., I Suppose IM will be supported even on low end mobiles.

·         I remember BUNIYAD HUMLOG RAMAYAN MAHA BHARAT

·         On Sunday mornings, when roads got deserted (no traffic) and it was considered impolite to visit friends / relatives on Sunday mornings!

Pg. No. 5

·         Within 4 yrs., the “Viewing experience” is shifting from the PC screen to the Mobile Screen! If, today, only 5% of the mobiles can “access” internet, in 5 yrs., it will be 50% Mobile is getting to be the “device of choice” (21/08) If JAM revival (courtesy HP Lab) works, we may be able to deliver specific job alerts to each TV which is internet – connected and has a unique IP address.

·         10 million candidates searching job on Naukri (daily) = 100 million candidates using JAM only (once) in 10 days!!

Pg. No. 6

·         In JAM task let, jobseekers will send “jam – Alert” SMS (also, JAM – Apply “SMS). So, they will bear the cost of SMS. We are NOT pushing any SMS & .. no cost to us. (22-08)

·         Today it is only pc screen (for jobs). Tomorrow it will be Mobile – Next a TV screen.

·         Job Advt in Newspapers of Metro Cities which don’t reach small towns. Jobs are there – have always been there – except small town jobseekers just do not know about them.

·         JAM many change this scenario, because of ability to PULL / SEE / APPLY against such jobs on non – GPRS, low – end mobiles. The water is receding!

Pg. No. 7

·         Depository

Pg. No. 8

·         There could be a lesson here for our “Archival Job search”. Common sense tells us, “who would to search & apply against a 6 MONTH old job – Advt?” It would appear no one. But we could be in for a surprise! Jobseekers bent upon working in a given company and in a given position, may want to forward their resumes – no matter how old is that job – Advt!

·         Job – openings at 500,000 small companies may not be “hits” but, if these were at least equally “available” then many jobseekers may click “Apply Online”.

Pg. No. 9

·         One may argue that “old music” is not perishable Commodity – Whereas, once a Vacancy gets filled, the job – Advt “perishes”. Although job – Advt (which is only an announcement), perishes, Job itself does not! When person occupying that job, resigns, job – Advt gets “reborn”. In course of time, India - Recruiter will display, how many times a company advertised same job, again & again – then “Predict” the next Advt!!

·         We plan to target 5 lakh companies with ave staff of 10 & need to fill ONE vacancy / year.

Pg. No. 10

·         Our Archival job – Advt database is now close to 37 lakh. I just sent a note to Rohan / Alex / Priya, how – and why, we should revive “Job Search Archival” on Customize Resume. (22-08-10)

·         Our “Archival Job Search” would start with close to 700,000 job – Advt

Pg. No. 11

·         Global Recruiter (GR) / India Recruiter (IR), will be, basically in MEDIA business, catering to “job – Advt” postings and “Resume – Posting” (a jobseeker’s Advt). We will, therefore, also follow Google / Yahoo’s PAY-PER-CLICK model, to align ourselves fully with online MEDIA business. This will be the way to differentiate ourselves from typical jobsites.

Pg. No. 13

·         (28-07-06)

Pg. No. 15

·         It is the same hope now, except this time, it is for JAM (-hopefully, to be launched in 2 weeks) – assisted by site On Mobile.Com’s task let. Apparently, there has been no “Online word of mouth”, either for India Recruiter (3½ yrs. now), nor for Customize Resume (9 mouths now) (22-08-10)

·         I do hope some jobseekers will start blogs about “Profiles” & India Recruiter. But my best hope is for HR mgrs. to insist on Profiles. No more text resumes.

Pg. No. 16

·         We have planned “Recommendation Systems” (algorithm based on click analysis / patterns), both for jobseekers and for HR mgrs..

·         My today’s note re: Job search Archival hopes this will happen.

Pg. No. 17

·         Internet (able – based) has not reached, 90% of Indian population (small towns & villages). We are a big country – geographically & population wise. But Mobile airwaves are reaching nearly everywhere. JAM hopes to capitalize on this. So, hopefully, where Naukri / times jobs / monster do not reach, JAM may! (22-08-10)

Pg. No. 18

·         But soon there will be servers which can store a BILLION resumes! – and precisely deliver the UNIQUE candidate to any HR mgr. anywhere!

·         Google is already storing and delivering (within mille – seconds) TRILLIONS of pages to anyone, anywhere in the world (-but still restricted by internet connection). But soon, it will offer searches on Google Phone / Google TV!

Pg. No. 22

·         This will be similar to “No-of Times this resume got downloaded” – and displaying in descending order of downloads. Each resume is a unique “track”. I suppose there will be thousands (or lakhs) that get downloaded 2/5 times, but together these will still contribute a good percentage of our revenue. (29-07-06)

·         Q:

·         How fast can we add resumes to our database?

Pg. No. 23

·         If we, someday, host “Job Search – Archival” and make 37 lakh job – Advt available for searching, then collectively, a few hundreds may get “viewed” (-even if not “applied”) every week. No – of visits & “Time on site” may go up. But maybe, we should start Archival Job – Search by “CITY” rather than “COMPANY”.

Pg. No. 24

·         If those 5 lakh small companies place even one job – Advt / year (on India Recruiter) each that could well be 50% of all job – ads posted! Imagine what such a Long Tail could do to (1) Apply Online Clicks (2) Resume Download Clicks

·         Setting in motion a “VIRTUOUS CIRCLE”.

Pg. No. 25

·         A newspaper is a “physical distribution channel”. Even at 16 pages of ASCENT, Times of India cannot carry more than 200 jobs – Advt in one issue! Scarce capacity!

Pg. No. 26

·         Current / live job – Advt on Naukri, could be no more than 1 lakh. (Same with Times job & Monster). Imagine offering 37 lakh. Job – Advt, online in one place! IT is possible that

·         Today, Monster India / Naukri / Times jobs etc. charge (the cost of connecting supply & demand) between Rs. 100,000 to Rs. 300,000 per year (to Corporate Subscribers) to (a) Post jobs (b) Search Resumes. These are UP – FRONT fees (for ¾ licenses).

·         Will we succeed in “Changing the nature of the online recruitment market” by introducing “Pay-Per-Click” model, which will dramatically lower this “Cost of Connecting”? @ Re. 1/click! Will this (act) bring 500,000 small companies to start posting their vacancies on Global Recruiter? These are companies, who have never before advertised their vacancies ON – LINE or even in newspapers.

Pg. No. 27

·         Millions of jobseekers from small towns / villages, may just NOT bother that these “job –Advt” have expired. If they believe that they are Suitable” candidates for those vacancies – and that the posting location was a nearby town, they may still wish to “Push” their resume – in the hope that it will get noticed!!

·         With 42 million jobseekers registered on 1200+ employment exchanges (of which, only 300,000 get job – offers in a year), there is nothing, but “HOPE” for these millions. (22-08-10)

·         All job portals enable jobseekers to “search” & “Apply Online”, free of cost. In JAM, they will need to bear the cost of SMS so, cost goes up – but JAM opens – up “Connectivity” for millions who have no access to internet. Even for city – based jobseekers that have easy access to Net, JAM saves time.

Pg. No. 29

·         History repeats itself. Now in 2004 onwards, it is Apple manufacturing & selling iPod players to popularise its iTunes music – selling website! (-where, @ 99 cents / track, Apple makes all the money)

·         In 1956/58, while in USA, I had watched his News – Casts daily.

·         I did too (56/58).

Pg. No. 30

·         I used to watch this too

-          Perry Colon

-          Pat Boone

-          Nat king Cole

-          Harry Belafonte

-          Peggy Lee

-          Frank Sinatra was the most of my favourite singers.

·         Network. GR must build a network of 5000 jobsites across the world.

Pg. No. 31

·         Can Profiles prove SEXY enough to sell to (mostly men) HR mgrs.? ---------

·         Staring March 2000.

Pg. No. 32

·         Ravi Shankar’s daughter?

Pg. No. 33

·         Can we possibly track all “resume” (files) being emailed to any HR mgr. / placement agency / Head hunter, across India? If all resumes get converted to profiles – maybe we can, by embedding a piece of code into each profile – that alerts us, every time it gets emailed. Technically possible.

Pg. No. 34

·         I believe HR mgrs. (and Placement Agencies) will ditch plain text resumes & switch to Profiles – within 6 months of launch of GR / IR.

·         Obviously a wishful thinking! Nothing like this has happened in 4 yrs. – nor likely to happen for next 4 yrs.!

·         CHRIS came out with a book with this title in 2009. In our library

·         Within 2 weeks, we will launch “SUBMIT RESUME (PRIVATE)”. I also plan to give away for FREE, “Resume Downloader” tool to HR mgrs. & Agencies. With these TWO (Combination) acting in tandem, HR mgrs. will get PROFILES for “free”! Such a combination would be irresistible! (30-07-06)

·         Stopped working! Apparently jobsites got wise!

Pg. No. 35

·         We will have many more: with permutations / combinations from 49 functions X 40 Industries X 5 designation levels.

·         We propose “Recommended Jobs” (to jobseekers) and “Recommended Candidates” (to HR mgrs.) – based on patterns developed from their “Search – Clicks”.

Pg. No. 36

·         USA has +1400 FM radio stations. By 2010, India plans to have 1000+. (Nowhere).

·         IPOD, docs not “surprise me with the next “unanticipated” song – as a FM radio does! Unfortunately many (99%) of FM radio’s surprises are Third arcade songs. Solution? An iPod which randomizes my favourite artists & favourite songs. It will come.

·         To an extent Profiles will do the same for resumes. They will all look pretty much alike (little differentiation). But profiles will make HR mgr.’s life very simple!

Pg. No. 37

·         Monster / Naukri / Times jobs “business model” is dependent on 5000, big corporate job – advertisers (90% of revenue). We will target 5000,00 small companies.

·         Someday we will also give away (free) Guru Search search engine to Corporates & Agencies to enable them to search their own offline database of profiles.

·         Abhi came down from Pune yesterday. He has explained to Alex, a method to revive Guru Mine (Resume Parser). If we succeed, we plan to create a downloadable too, combining & Guru Search I plan to give it away free – if I can incorporate a feature, whereby, every “parsed” resume anywhere, gets automatically uploaded on our website. (22-08-10)

Pg. No. 39

·         Monster / Naukri / Thiesjob, desperately need those few thousand advertisers (big time employers / Agencies), capable of paying Annual Subscriptions of Rs. 1-3 lakh (which small businesses just cannot afford). Fortunately for these jobsites, a big attrition – rate (25% - 40%) at these large employers force them to continue to come back with more job – advts, every day!

·         Thru ARM (Advertiser Responsiveness Monitor), we will keep “score” and rank / display the results in descending order. I hope a low score will motivate HR mgrs. to give feedback to each & every job – applicant (-so as to push – up the rank).

Pg. no. 40

·         We also plan to incorporate “No. of time this job – advt. was viewed” counter. We will even display the results (of a job – search) in the descending order of this counter – to prompt more clicks on the “hits”.

·         Self - fulfilling prophesy.

·         It Facebook / LinkedIn / My Space / Orkut etc. are modern – day “water coolers”, you don’t even need to walk – down to them, they come to you as an icon on your mobile – screen! You just tap it gently and find yourself talking to a dozen friends – online. (22-08-10)

Pg. No. 42

·         JAM pull SMS will cost 0.25/0.50 to a rural user (jobseeker) but he least have a means.

·         Our ever growing database (inventory) of job – advts

·         Delivery over low end mobiles against a simple SMS (JAM – Alert) to 5667771

Pg. No. 43

·         If we (Global Recruiter) offer a choice of 50 million resumes at Rs. 1/= each, can we start a “Sears Roebuck” type of revolution in recruitment industry? During my stay in USA (1965-58), Sears & MACY’S PENNYS were the only big store – chains.

·         Can we reach 500,000 jobs to jobseekers in 5000 small towns? Provide them a “Level – Playing” field.

·         What we will try thru JAM. (22-08)

·         How will small town jobseekers react to JAM giving them their first experience of internet?

·         I must remember to incorporate some such suggestion, when I send my promo email to 208 Lakh jobseekers re: JAM.

Pg. No. 44

·         We plan to make Global Recruiter such a “Superstore” of job – advts & resumes, available for Rs. 1/= each! What would TATA’S Rs. 1 lakh Cardo to Indian Auto Industry – when available in 2008?

Pg. No. 45

·         Tata was forced to shift NANO car – plant from Singur (WB) to san and (Gujarat). That delayed delivery by 1 ½ yrs. But already 50,000 cars have been delivered and 2.5 lakh will be delivered in 2011 / 2012. Plant can produce 5 lakh / year. Now 2/3 other car mnfr’s are planning to come out with cheap cars! (22-08)

Pg. No. 46

·         We too are getting job – advts RSS feeds from 3 job portals, adding – 1000 jobs / day. If we can add some 10 / 20 more RSS feeds, we can be a Super Market of jobs! Today we are dangerously depending out on these 3 sites. This is our weakness – and we will overcome it.

Pg. No. 48

·         I plan to make IIT (Interactive Interview Tool), such a “Dimension” to vastly improve the experience of HR mgrs. on Global Recruiter. IIT can only be done on web!

·         With a TCP / IP account, we could not see any images – only text!

·         Jeff Taylor (of Monster – USA) is probably adding 5 million new resumes on his website, every year.

Pg. No. 49

·         We plan to add “Antecedent Checks” of registered jobseekers (“reviews” provided by their former employers) – which can be accessed / viewed by Members of “Reference Check Club”.

·         Hopefully someday we will add RSS feeds from job - portals of all major countries.

Pg. No. 50

·         For small town & rural jobseekers, without “access” to internet, will JAM become a “smart way to find” job – advts? – on their mobiles?

·         Jobs & Resumes

Pg. No. 52

·         In our “Archival Job Search”, we will make available (for searching), over 700,000 job – advts published / posted on Naukri over the last 2 years. Perhaps, no more than 10,000 (barely 1.5%) may be “Current / Live” vacancies. But, is it possible that, jobseekers (at least those that are desperate) may just ignore this fact (of dead / obsolete advts) and go on merrily “Applying Online” (clicking) even on these obsolete advts, simply because

·         Vast choice to find something appropriate / interesting

·         “Apply online” is FREE (costs nothing)

·         Hope that this vacancy may have “resurfaced” and / or, that concerned HR manager may get impressed with “Profiles”. (30-07-06)

·         Today, I have sent a U /me to Rohan / Alex / Priya re: prelaunch of “Job search – Archival”.

·         No. of jobs is now (37 lakhs!!) (22-08-10)

Pg. No. 53

·         One job / year, available with 500,000 small businesses in 5000 small / medium towns, are such “niche goods” – which have gone, totally unnoticed so far.

·         According to Google, there are 30 million SMEs in India!

·         JAM is one such way.

·         Job – Alerts are basically recommendations.

·         -Resume Download Tool

·         -Submit Resume (Private)

·         -Resume Courier

·         -RAM (Resume Alert Mobile)

·         -JAM (Job Alert Mobile) – Cell Phones

·         -JAS (Job Alert Summary) – Papers

·         -JAT (Job Alert on TV)

·         JAR (Job Alert on Radio)

·         -Global Recruiter Network.

Pg. No. 54

·         Even on “Customize Resume”, this form is too long & complicated / totally unsuitable for SME. We must modify / simplify it. Can it be made so easy that it can be posted from mobile – as SMS? (22-08-10)

·         I must study the “minimal” content of print media classifieds. Since print media is so expensive, advertisers have mastered the art of conveying meaning with MIN. characters. If “Job Posting” is FREE and 5 lakh SME can post it from their mobiles that could revolutionise online recruitment.

·         Gradually changing to mobiles.

·         By simplifying “Job Posting” form (-and automating), we hope, we can motivate 500,000 companies to create / post their job – advts on Global Recruiter.

·         Converting a plain text resume into a stylish Profile is also “democratizing” the production of resumes.

·         We plan to involve Recruiters in creating a data – bank of interview questions. (thru IIT)

·         On India Recruiters posting a job – advts, will go down to just clicking on a Vacancy / Position / Title!

Pg. No. 55

·         If we succeed in enabling job – posting from mobiles (and thereby making it very “easy” for 5 lakh SME to “go online” with their “vacancies”, we will also need to be able to “distribute” these vacancies, to rural / small town jobseekers, on their mobiles. Q: how will we “match” those vacancies with those jobseekers? (23-08-10)

·         Partner Jobsites will be our supply chain supplying both job – advts & resumes. They will also be our “Delivery chain”.

Pg. No. 56

·         Job search & Resume search in Archival mode are very simple.

Pg. No. 61

·         In last 4 weeks, amateur Indian astronomers, located & new asteroids! (23-08-10)

·         Must of the 30 million SMEs of India, may not have a PC / internet connection. But certainly all of them have a mobile. We must find a way for them to upload a 160 character job – advts, directly from their mobile – as an SMS. (23-08-10)

Pg. No. 63

·         Will JAM become such a “tool” (which will democratize the “Online Recruitment” process which will liberate 30 million SMEs & 300 million rura / small town jobseekers, from the tyranny of PC / Internet / Naukri / Monster etc.? (23-08-10)

·         I just tried out 2 pages (Alert & Advt. Details) prepared by Alex / Priya, and I feel we are on the right path. We will still need a good marketing.

·         In last 2 days, in Google, I found – 50,000 blag on – Global Warming – Unemployment, uploaded in “Last 24 hours”! With total running into millions.

·         I come under this category. But posting 100 blogs / day, during last a months, I have managed to collect 23,380 “backlinks” to my site! That certainly improves “Page Rank” & 1st page placing in Google, for many search – terms. (23-08-10)

Pg. No. 64

·         May be, someday, we should let jobseekers (or HR Mgrs.?) – to add “New” functions – and their corresponding” Keywords” (with weightages?) – And create “new” Profile Graphs! – Which, others can come forward & improve! We have to make Guru Mine “Open Source” platform (-but, like Linux) controlled by us! If & when we do this, we (i.e. Global Recruiter) would overtake all the job sites of the world! We can expect thousands of Mgrs. to come forward to contribute.

Pg. No. 65

·         What may really / really “motivate” SMEs to advertise their vacancies on our site (using SMS from their mobiles), would be some feedback such as: “Your vacancy got broadcast to 35649 jobseekers. Some of them may call you on your mobile in next few minutes”.

·         If we can manage this, it would have on “Electrifying” effect. (23-08-10)

Pg. No. 66

·         I have called a page (on India Recruiter) “Life Form” to describe Profiles, which will (someday soon) start morphing into new shapes, every hour.

·         With only a few hundred registered candidates in last 4 years, this has not happened so far and may not happen for a long time to come. But, it WILL happen someday. (23-08)

Pg. No. 67

·         If we ever think of harnessing the “knowledge” of domain – experts to add new functions & related keywords, we should use some “selection – criteria” for selecting such experts.

Pg. no. 68

·         Our profiles will get better & better (more accurate) as more & more resumes get processed & both, relevant keywords and their weightages get constantly “refined”.

Pg. No. 69

·         An hour ago, I found a few websites, where you can enter any mobile no and (hopefully) discover a few things about the owner of that mobile no. In JAM, we will receive many SMS and capture those mobile nos. If we can connect up the 2 sets of info. We can offer better matching job – alerts! Sent an email to Alex, Priya & Rohan.

·         Will be same with Global Recruiter

Pg. No. 70

·         Global Recruiter will also “evolve”. Over a period of time, offering ever “newer” insights into the process of recruitment, as it accumulates ever greater no. of job advts & resumes.

Pg. No. 71

·         Each new resume added to Global Recruiter’s database will improve the “accuracy” of Raw Scores & Percentile Scores and make each Function Graph more “representative”.

·         In India Recruiter too, I have taken a (fictitious) frequency distribution of 1000 candidates, to start – up the process.

Pg. No. 74

·         At the bottom, each Profile carries following punch live – “Profiles are the new currency of recruitment: Issued by www.IndiaRecruiter.net

·         Raw scores on Function Profile Graphs can be looked upon as a measure of a candidate’s Reputation

·         I expect “profiles” to get far better noticed by HR Mgrs. – as compared to plain text resumes

·         And many studies / suweys show that to get noticed, Google would have to list you on the FIRST page!

·         All my blogs do.

Pg. No. 75

·         I have given – up “Resume Ratter”. Read page “copy right? Hell No” on India Recruiter (23-08)

Pg. No. 79

·         If “Profiles” strikes a chord / catches the fancy, of a few HR mgrs. in large companies and should they insist on Profiles only (refusing to accept plain text resumes) – then it will spread like wild fire.

·         Not so far!

Pg. No. 83

·         In a job portal:

·         Jobseekers “produce” a resume & “consume” a job advts

·         Recruiters “produce” a job – posting & “consume” a resume. (24-08)

Pg. No. 85

·         This is equally true of jobs & candidates.

Pg. No. 86

·         In Function Graphs, (1) Population Sample and: - (2) Percentile Scores, of a candidate, keeps changing all the time. Today’s Profile becomes obsolete tomorrow.

Pg. No. 87

·         Equally applies to over 500 jobsites. Together these may have more resumes than the big 3 (Monster / Naukri / times jobs). But as of today, their combined invent tory (database) is NOT accessible from a single source. Global Recruiter aims to rectify this, by persuading all 500 to sign – up. To begin with we will not force them to part with their database.

Pg. No. 88

·         In Global Recruiter, all partner websites will be served (from our central server) using web service. Jobseekers & Job Advertisers, will create their own content (Resume) & (Job – Advts). Partners will only do the selling to corporates.

·         Both, in India Recruiter & in Customize Resume, we are “Collecting” job – advts (thru RSS feeds) from 3 job portals – then “normalize” this content into common database – so that jobseeker can find these at single place.

·         Global Recruiter is a “Aggregator”

·         We are getting these job advts for FREE. Thru JAM we will democratize their distribution.

Pg. No. 89

·         Using Task let, if we can enable SMEs (30 million in India) to upload their 160 charioteer job – advts as SMS from their mobiles, then, we too can get into the “Long Tail” of advertising. (24-08)

Pg. No. 91

·         We will deliver job – alerts as SMS over mobile – service providers 2G networks (some will become 3G in a few months). The data is being “pulled” by candidates SMS – so, it costs us nothing to deliver. (24-08-10)

·         Candidate will pay for the SMS.

·         Which GR/IR will be

·         RSS feeds from jobsites

·         PULL SMS by candidates.

·         Why not our archive of 3.7 million job advts? – Even though expired?

Pg. No. 93

·         Some of the “existing” jobsites have their own existing subscribers & their own “existing” registered jobseekers. If these can be persuaded to join Global Recruiter, they will bring these relationships to GR.

·         Web service

·         Surely Monster / Naukri won’t join GR

·         If we enable 30 mill. SMS to post jobs thru SMS, we could enjoy big growth.

·         Our goal too.

·         For a while, India Recruiter will be our own warehouse. (01-08-06)

Pg. No. 94

·         In case of GR, even entire Inventory (of Jobs & Resumes) will be centralised on our server

·         Cataloguing is is what GR will do but entire Inventory will be accessible from any partner website.

·         In case of GR too, all selling (mostly to corpo. subscribers) will be done by Partner websites.

·         Someday, we may stop “aggregating” jobs (thru RSS feeds) on our server. Instead, a spider way go out in search of suitable jobs, every time a candidate conducts a job search or sends JAM – Alert SMS (24-08-10)

·         Millions of jobs posted on thousands of job – portals but none on our own server?

Pg. No. 95

·         Instead of 1 lakh job – advts, if we store 100 lakh in our online database, it does not cost us anything extra!

·         Any job – advts ever posted? No one may want to read a 5 yr. –old job – advts but there could be other uses.

Pg. No. 96

·         Jobs & Resumes come in this category.

Pg. No. 97

·         Jobsites were demonstrating this long before iTunes

Pg. No. 99

·         The reason behind our uploading the page: “Goole loves us”. And, within 2 months of uploading, if you now type this phrase in Google, our website lists at (No. 1) in 18/20 million pages!! Thanks Google! (24-08-10)

Pg. No. 100

·         E.g.:

·         Candidates who open / read same advts may possess similar / identical “skill – sets” and HR mgrs. who open / read same resume may have similar / identical vacancies to fill. Connection. (01-08-06)

Pg. No. 101

·         Custom Playlist = Similar Job advt. list (for jobseekers)

§  = Similar Resume – list (for HR mgrs.)

·         Self – learning nature.

·         We do – capture a lot of data re: each jobseeker & each corporate

 Pg. No. 106

·         “Audience Poll” of kaun Banega Crorepati.

Pg. No. 107

·         “Where Are The Jobs?” (In World-Wide-Jobs) is tracking Job Advts (demand for candidates) – City wise / Function – wise. This is done once – a – day, by analysing / plotting last 30 days postings on Naukri

·         Someday we may revive this – hopefully in such a manner that Google’s spider is able to click some link to generate these “IMAGES”, and then store it under “IMAGES” when someone types (Jobs).

·         (24-08-10)

·         For Global Recruiter, Partner Websites will do both / pull – in & push – out, resumes & job – advts.

·         Everyone produces

·         Accessible to everyone

·         On 12th Aug. we will give first offline demo of India Recruiter to seven Placement Agencies (01-08-06)

·         On 28th Aug 2010, I hope to give first ONLINE demo of Taskelt – based JAM to a few ex – L & T friends.

Pg. No. 109

·         46 million? Are you kidding?

·         Our Function Profiles do this, quite well.

·         To begin with “recommendations” of JAM (i.e. matched jobs), will be very crude. Matching can go on improving as jobseeker keeps supplying move & more info about himself – including his “history” of searches & Apply online

Pg. No. 110

·         Will the “Ease” & “Reach” of JAM, succeed in creating a demand? Will being “untethered” from internet create demand? Will 24 hr. proximity availability of a mobile phone create demand? Will people use JAM, just because it is so simple to use and can be used any times we must wait and see. (24-08-10)

·         We too, will have as many jobs – alert pages, as there are regi. candidates

·         Will youngsters use JAM because their friends are using it? Will they use it because essentially, it is nothing but an SMS – something which, they are thoroughly “at home”?

Pg. No. 111

·         We have approx. jobs 1000 jobs getting added to our database every day. Amongst “matching jobs found jobs found”. We are displaying the latest posted, on the TOP. So these could be different from those shown yesterday.

Pg. No. 112

·         No. of times viewed.

·         Someday Candidates will get shortlisted for interviews by their Global Recruiter Ratings (GRR?) appearing on their Profiles. (02-08-06)

Pg. No. 114

·         At launch, on India Recruiter “Salary Profile” has only one filter viz: “Designation Level”. Within a few weeks, we will redraw “Salary Graph” for executives at same Desig. Level belonging to same “Function”.

·         A few months down the line, “Salary Profile” Grapsh will get redrawn for Executives belonging to,

·         Same Desig. Level, and

·         Same Function, and

·         Same Industry.

·         That will be “Apple – For – Apple” Comparison, which makes sense. I am putting a note to this effect on India Recruiter

·         We need some 100,000 jobseekers to register AND provide enough data about themselves, to make such “Apple – for – Apple” Comparison possible. Cannot do with just “Registration – Basic” (25-08-10)

Pg. No. 116

·         It has only multiplied.

·         Worth quoting in “Sample Profiles – How? Why?” But, quoting this law (?) would defeat “Mean” - + 16 etc.! Risky!!

Pg. No. 117

·         --------------- ---------------- -------------

·         --------------- ---------------- -------------

Pg. No. 118

·         What everyone is willing to put – up with / even unwillingly!

Pg. No. 120

·         We have “Black Swan” in our library. We also have his earlier book, “Fooled by Randomness”.

·         This was better of the two books.

·         Despite all my wishful thinking, “Profiles” did not turn out to be a BLACK SWAN!

·         Now, I hope, JAM does!!

·         JAM will certainly “Surprise” the BIG 3! We would know in 2/3 months’ time. (25-08-10)

Pg. No. 122

·         It is the same with JAM, which I hope to launch on 28th of course, we will need to promote it thru emails / blogs etc. whether that will start a “buzz” or not, will remain to be seen. (25-08-10)

·         Our “Raw Scores” for resumes are like “Post – Filters”.

Pg. No. 123

·         Per launch, we have no way to know “for sure”, that Profiles will become a huge hit or not. The only way to find out is to launch & then try to create a “buzz” thru blogs / seminars / new articles / word – of – mouth etc. etc. (Post Filters)

·         Some 6/8 weeks ago, no. of downloads of “Resume Rater” (at Download.com) went up to 36/38 in 2 wks. period, after I posted 200/300 blogs about Resume Rater on many websites. That created a “Demand”.

Pg. No. 124

·         As of today, Customize Resume has over 90,000 jobs – advts online. Every day, all of these (including 1000 new arrivals / day), are matched with the profiles of 11325 registered jobseekers, to generate individual Job Alert pages. I hope, someday there will be 900,000 jobs to be matched with 13 million jobseekers! (25-08-10)

Pg. No. 126

·         Might also apply equally well to resume.

-          These are different

-          Some are better than others

-          “No. of times viewed” counter can serve as a measure of “Reputation” (02-08-06)

Pg. No. 130

·         You Tube was just getting “born” when this was written. Now, every (SECND) nearly (8 HOUR) Viewing time of videos are getting uploaded on You Tube!

·         JAM is conceived on the premise that most jobseekers are NOT interested in UNLIMITED choices (of jobs). But, if they can “find” even 5 jobs, from their mobiles (the “EASE”) and even “Apply” directly from their mobiles, they would “love” this convenience – especially those who have no easy access to a PC / Internet. With poor internet connectivity (incl. low band with) and Rs. 15/ hour of cybercafé rental, there is reason to believe that jobseekers would jobseekers would happily spend 1 rap per SMS!! (25-08-10)

Pg. No. 132

·         Or nearly ZERO.

Pg. No. 134

·         This may also come true for India Recruiter, where each resume download will earn only Re. 1 (of which Partner will retain 80% and pass on only 20% to us). But once HR Mgrs. / Head hunters get hooked to Profiles, I hope to make money in the IIT, where each online interview may generate a revenue of Rs. 50/= (03-08-06)

·         We will set prices (Re. 1/ click) which Monster / Naukri cannot match.

·         We will also give away Resume Downloader Tool few free – in order to generate many more resume downloads something not possible with manual downloading.

·         BIG 3 have figured out how to prevent BULK DOWNLOAD of resumes – even by registered employers with subscription. Job portals now allow download of only 5 resumes at a time, before asking downloader to type a CAPTCHA. This is to prevent auto – spidering. (25-08-10)

Pg. No. 135

·         We have planned for “Sampling” – by enabling jobseekers to conduct job search & see a “Short list – but not being able to click open / view the full job – advts, unless he is “registered”. Ditto with “Resume Search” by HR mgrs.

·         To enable “Unregistered users” to “Sample” JAM, we will show them some matching job – advts when they send SMS “JAM_Sales_Alert” on (    ). (26-08-10)

Pg. No. 137

·         Today, I sent an email to Rohan re: possibility of 30 million SME being (made) enable to upload their vacancies as an SMS from their mobiles. To my knowledge, no job portal has this feature. A print – media (OFFLINE) classified vacancy – advts in times of India costs – Rs. 5000/= for 2sq. cm. Uploading as SMS would cost nothing!!

·         In Times of India, classifieds are carried twice / week and each such issue carry – 500 classifieds earning TOI, Rs. 25 cores per year!! (26-08-10)

·         And each classified, probably gets 50 replies!

Pg. No. 138

·         Starting today, I reduced the no. of newspapers that I read daily from 6 to 1 (from 250 pages to 20 pages). The time I save (about 1 ½ - 2 hours / day) will be spent on reading book – where I have huge backlog. (03-08-06)

·         Will HR mgrs. download far fewer resumes from India Recruiter because it is “Pay-Par-Click”? On other hand Re. 1/= per download may seem “so cheap” (as compared to Rs. 100,000/= paid to Naukri) that they may continue to merrily download!

·         Monster has been blocking access once we cross 3500 resumes in a day. We won’t have to worry this. The more download means more money.

·         This was a good decision (26-08-10)

·         Will dirt – cheap bulk SMS rates (1p to 5p), prompt jobseekers to “consume” more JAM?

Pg. No. 139

·         This is akin to separately computing resume downloads and job – advts clicking, for each Industry, each Function, each Designation, each city etc. etc. We will develop such unique “Demand Carves. We are already capturing the data.

·         As of this week Apple enables “renting” of Video’s (for 48 hours) @ $ 0.99) from iTunes. (27-08-10)

Pg. No. 140

·         In course of time, even our Function Graphs will be broken – up into a set of graphs, Industry – wise & Desig. Level wise – for a true “Apple – For – Apple” comparison.

 Pg. No. 141

·         Q:

·         How do you start this loop?

·         My blogs may raise our “reputation” over a long period, BUT we need the Tipping Point right now!

Pg. No. 142

·         I hope this law applies to Profiles. We are already calling it “The new currency of recruitment”.

·         Getting several hundred (or thousands) partner websites to link / point to Global Recruiter is very important.

·         My blogs have managed to get 23380 incoming links for CustomizeResume.Com

Pg. No. 143

·         On 25th evening, we uploaded a page “Job Alert on Mobile”. 26th morning, Google had already indexed it and placed it at 35th place, out of 34.8 million pages, when you type “Job Alert on Mobile” I am thrilled!

·         What, however, was scary is that, Google ignored the 1st / 2nd line and picked – up the 3rd & 4th line on the page, which, I consider “Most Relevant” to the title / search term! For strategic reason, we pulled – down this page on 26th afternoon.

·         I checked just now. We are still at rank 36 out of 37.9 million! (27-08-10)

Pg. No. 145

·         I have read his “Telecoms” – but mostly not understood the details.

Pg. No. 146

·         By developing Graphical Profiles on powerful servers and then delivering these across the world on abundant (internet) bandwidth, we may be “wasting” these powers. Lotus hope it

·         Helps.

·         Graphs in Profile will require less human attention (because these are easier to grasp) and Resume Downloader will save “hours”.

·         Unless, someday soon, humans out live 200 years, “time” will continue to remain the “scarcest resource”. More so, with thousands of times “things” to see / study / do. However, since human life – span is unlikely to increase dramatically in near future, but information about how to leada better life multiplying a million / billion times, “ time” to do anything at all, will get more & more scarce. It jobseekers have no / little time to visit jobsites and conduct “job searches”, will they turn to JAM? (27-08-10)

Pg. No. 147

·         When we display

·         No. of times this resume was viewed

·         No. of times this job ad was viewed,

·         We are trying to bring into picture, this element of “shared experience”,

·         Even if you do not know, with whom we have “shared” that viewing experience.

·         This is why, in my today’s U/I of “Long Tail” page, short – display of resumes will arrange resumes in the descending order of “No. of times this resume was viewed” – a kind of subtle “Recommendation System”. It will tie-together all those resumes which share the same “keywords” (-and, therefore “alike”?). (04-08-2006)

·         May be this is the cause of tremendous popularity of Social Networking Websites, where Facebook attracts 500 million users (registered users) and yesterday got a market cap of $ 33 billion! (27-08-10)

Pg. No. 148

·         India Recruiter will be a “Aggregator” of both resumes & job – advts, and it will store jobs & resumes which are “hits” (opened / viewed many times) and “niches” (those opened / viewed only once).

·         “Long Tail” page designed this morning will do this.

·         Rohan’s email says, we will work for a taskelt that uploads job – advts as SMS from mobiles.

Pg. No. 149

·         For us too, it is important to get a few large / reputed Corporates & Placement Agencies to come forward and “endorse” Profiles

Pg. No. 151

·         Cities

Pg. No. 153

·         Should be other way around!

Pg. No. 157

·         For example, same Resume could be searched under (1) Industry (2) Function (3) Desig. Level (4) Actual Designation (5) Age (6) Exp. (7) Edu. Quail. (8) City (9) Keywords (10) Score.

·         Start anyplace, and then keep adding filters to drill down.

·         Today’s “Long Tail” page is all about this.

Pg. No. 159

·         This is why we will have many “approaches” to resume search, viz: (1) Conventional (2) Archival (3) Benchmark (4) Magic Cube (5) Long Tail etc.

·         We have this in India Recruiters

·         Currently we have these in Customize Resume.

Pg. No. 161

·         Read my 6/8 year old note: “The Elephant and Seven Blind Men”.

Pg. No. 162

·         -A book is a document (about a topic / subject)

·         -A resume is a document (about a person).

·         -If permitted / enabled, what kind of “tags” HR mgrs. might give to a resume?

·         “Low Probability” could we find such “unique fingerprints” of each & every resume? How? (04-08-06)

·         “Phrases / word combinations – which are unique? (unique = low frequency)

·         In RecruitGuru.Com we had listed rare keywords found in a resume as “Profile Modifier”.

Pg. No. 168

·         Also read book “Paradox of choices” for lots of such statistics

Pg. No. 169

·         In 1995, we used to store (maybe) 5000 resumes in 50 box files now we store 500,000 on a hard disk!

Pg. No. 170

·         We have in our library.

Pg. No. 171

·         No doubt a resume – search (on India Recruiter) would throw up a short – display of thousands of “matching” resumes but, we will arrange these in the descending order of “Match – Index” i.e. relevance.

·         This will guide the HR mgr. to click / view only a few top ranked.

Pg. No. 172

·         When you have dozens / hundreds of choices, then filters may help you out. With millions of results for any search Term, Google now, offers filers like (1) Latest (2) Last 24 hours (3) Last 2 days etc.

·         (28-08)

·         Raw Score (2) Percentile (3) + 1 Sigma / Mean Score (4) Match Index (5) No. of times viewed (6) ARM Score (7) Salary Profile (8) Tenure Profile (9) Edu. Profile (10) Career – Track are all devised to “help them search” (05-08-06)

Pg. No. 173

·         Interactive Interview Tool (IIT), may turn out to be the best “help” to narrow down, a HR mgr.’s “choice”, to shortlist 2/3 candidates from 20/30 called for interview.

·         No. of times viewed.

Pg. No. 174

·         May be a large “Variety / Choice” is a requirement of a customer in a supermarket o someone used to searching on Google. They are already existing regular “Consumers”. Our JAM service is however targeted to “non – consumers”. I.e. jobseekers from small towns & villages. They have never visited Naukri / Monster / Times job. They have never had to choose among hundreds of jobs. For them 5 jobs offered on their mobiles should more than suffice. (28-08)

Pg. No. 175

·         Would “(FREE)” make jobseekers to pull job – alerts every day? Quite possible “pay” they may be tempted to use JAM daily, out of curiosity to see if some interesting jobs have come up. Cost of SMS is next to nothing.

·         @ $ 0.99 a pieces

·         We have been sending job alert emails for last 2 months but that has not increased traffic to our website. O1ne would think, recipient jobseekers would click link, to visit their Job Alert Page, out of curiosity. That has not happened. May be they have poor “access” to PC / Internet. If this assumption is valid, then mobile – based JAM should dramatically increase the visits. We would know in 2 weeks. (28-08-10)

Pg. No. 176

·         Safety in Numbers.

·         If JAM succeeds in motivating small town & village jobseekers to use JAM, it would have the effect of “Expanding the Market” to non – pc consumers.

·         For small town users, without Internet connection, JAM could simply mean this: availability & convenience.

Pg. No. 180

·         This morning, I drafted write – up for “Mobile Classifieds” based on HP Lab’s taskelt. This would enable any registered employer to type a 140 character classified Vacancy Advt as an SMS on his mobile and directly upload it on our site. Advt will expire after 3 days. FREE too! As per Google, India have 30 million SMEs. (28-08-10)

·         My goal is to rope in 500,000 small companies, which, on average, employ 10 persons and (perhaps) hire I knew person / year.

Pg. No. 185

·         Job Advts are a “specific kind” of news. JAM will make these available for (FREE) to jobseekers at (any time), on demand.

Pg. No. 186

·         I post my blogs only on websites / web – pages, carrying follower’s tags = Employment / Unemployment / Jobless / Jobseekers / Jobs / Resumes / Salary / Interviews / Lay off / Retrenchment etc.

·         I only post “comments” on blogs of others.

·         Ave. of 60,000 per day on “Employment” alone!!

Pg. No. 188

·         On India Recruiter’s homepages, “We have a line: We do not claim to, be No. 1 – only Better”. This is a job at Naukri & Thimesjobs, both of which clam to be “No. 1 Jobsite”.

·         There must be 150 million now!

Pg. No. 190

·         Children gave me a MP3 player on my 73rd birthday – capable of holding 250 songs – but I rarely listen to the songs loaded there in because there is no element of “surprise”. The songs keep coming in a predictable sequence!

Pg. No. 192

·         Jobseekers upload their resumes for free but today all jobsites only enable their “Corporate – Subscribers” to open / view these resume. Can we think of a scenario where anyone can open / view such resumes? In which case, where / how to we make money? Other than Employers & Head hunters, who else might be interested viewing resumes (possibly, along with a video – clip)? One set of “Clients” could be bachelors wanting to data / find a bride / bridegroom. Especially parents in this part of the world.

·         As far as “setting their own price” is concerned, we already have a field for (1) Current Salary. All we need to do is is to add a field “Salary Expected”. We will do so, one, we are popular. (06-08-06)

Pg. No. 193

·         As more & more partner websites join up Global Recruiter, the (distribution – and collection) network will keep growing stronger & stronger. For a jobseeker, the probability of being “found / discovered” will get better & better. One can no longer remain obscure.

·         To enable them to start their own JOB market – places, I have booked msnjobs.in / Yahoojobs.in / AolJos.in / Google jobs / Amazon jobs / eBay jobs / Kosmixjobs etc.

·         This vision still remains.

·         Once Global Recruiter / Partner websites get firmly entranced, we will stream (RSS) this content (mainly job – advs.) to TV channels. Once Reliance / BSNL IPTV arrives. We will enable not yet. (1) Apply Online (click remote) (2) Video – interviewing with IIT / IIM features.

Pg. No. 194

·         Not yet. But may be after 5 yrs. when 3G / 4G / WI Max/ Wireless Broadband etc. becomes commonplace.

Pg. No. 195

·         Microsoft has announced working on ZUNES (MS Version of iPod) – expected to launch by yearend. It will bypass, first download of music to computer & then transfer to ZUNES.

·         ZUNES will download directly from internet using Wi-Fi / Wi Max! End of iPod iTunes? Mobile Phones are already downloading directly from internet.

·         ZUNE flopped. Android based mobile phones are picking up, with 2009 market share of 18%

Pg. No. 196

·         For us

·         Content = Job advts & Resume

·         Network = Partner Websites

·         Creators = Corporates (Job Advts) – Jobseekers (Resumes)

·         We are neither “Creators” nor “Owners” of these content, but we will continue to use it in many imaginative ways – to monetize it.

·         Not for us since content gets stored in a database. We plan to deliver over multimedia via: - Internet / Newspapers / TV / IP TV / Cable TV / DTH TV Radio etc. Mobile Phones too

·         Hopefully JAM will do this in next 2 weeks (28-08-10)

Pg. No. 198

·         Both are on way to merging into one device

·         Nearly all models launched in 2010

Pg. No. 199

Pg. No. 200

·         May be more than 200 million can be easily accommodated in their drawing rooms.

·         We can deliver job – advts to 20 million PCs (thru internet) BUT, just imagine being able to deliver to 500 million mobile – phones (Soon with email capabilities of Blackberry) & 300 million TV sets!

·         By last month, there were 650 million mobiles. In 2 weeks, we should be ready to launch JAM using Taskelt. Let us hope that it clicks. Yesterday, I have also prepared a concept – Whereas, may be, only 2 million people can sit inside movie theatres at any given time, note on “Mobile Classifieds” – 140 Character Vacancy advs. which employers can post / upload as SMS from their mobiles (29-08-10)

Pg. No. 202

·         It is same with any jobsites. Corporates create content (Advs.) which jobseekers “consume” and jobseekers create content (Resumes) which corporates “consume”. This is a market – place with buyers / sellers.

·         I plan to replicate this thru our Partner Website Program.

·         I hope to be able to persuade 2000 small Placement Agencies to become our Partner websites.

Pg. No. 203

·         We have information about jobs & resumes, in very minute details, enabling us to offer a large no. of “filters”. Depending upon who employs which filter (click – stream analysis), we will also be able to make very relevant recommendations.

·         India has 30 million SMEs (as per Google), each employing may be 2/3 staff we will try to attract them thru mobile classic.

·         Out of same 2000 placement agencies, over 500 have their own websites. Other 1500, do not, may feel tempted to join – up with Global Recruiter, so as to “overtake” these 500.

Pg. No. 204

·         We have tried to make Profile Graphs colourful. There is absolutely no doubt, these will prove extremely attractive when compared to plain text resumes. Also easier to grasp. Hope this brings buyers!

·         The tool that Saurabh has developed will enable a jobseeker to select different colours for Profile Graphs – may be 1 billion unique permutations / combinations. This may provide a unique “fingerprint” to each & every jobseeker – with no two prints a like!

·         As of now, this is a very FAR cry!

Pg. No. 206

·         No doubt Saurabh’s tool can enable creation of a BILLION colours – combinations online, but the problem is: Each jobseeker may hog our server capacity for minutes or even hours, at a time! Server would have no time to do anything else!

Pg. No. 207

·         We want to target 500,000 small companies with our web service.

 Pg. No. 208

·         What Monster / Naukri / times jobs, might very well try to do viz: destroy Global Recruiter.

·         In Global Recruiter we are trying to create a Platform websites can use to deliver identical web services to small companies in their immediate neighbour – hood.

Pg. No. 210

·         If posting of vacancy from mobile (Mobile Classifieds), clicks amongst India’s 30 million SME, then we could truly become a “Advertising Business”. And with most mobiles, getting email enabled,, there could be no restriction of 140 characters SMS. (29-08-10)

·         At its fundamental, we (Global Recruiter) are in “Advertising” business – not recruitment business! Read “Marketing Myopia” by Theodore Levitt

·         “Who” & “How Many” read the Ad?

·         Our goal is this

Pg. No. 211

·         LUCENE.net

Pg. No. 212

·         Someday, our “Job Search Results” page (Short display list) will carry “Sponsored Links” from corporate Advertisers who are willing to pay Rs. 5/= per click, instead of Re. 1/ per click in organic listing

·         Mobile Classifieds?

·         This will be our next step.

·         Same situation with 5 lakh companies (in India) who have never advertised their vacancies either online or even in Newspapers.

Pg. No. 213

·         We can exam some money thru this, but obviously, I don’t want ads of Monster / Naukri / times job to get displayed on India Recruiter – and our traffic getting diverted to their websites!

·         But, when we have enough money, I would purchase keywords (Ad word) and will feel nappy our Ads run on other jobsites

Pg. No. 214

·         Ultimately in our “Post A Job” form, a Corporate Subscriber would only need to type – in the “Vacancy / Position Name”. All the rest of the fields will get filled – up automatically. These field – values will get pulled either from MASTERS or from click – stream Analysis of past jobs posted by the subscriber – thru a “Recommendation System” we will also introduce a “Job Posting – Archival Method”, which will prove extremely user – friendly to first time small advertisers.

·         It is quite possible that a large majority of this 500,000 small companies are located in small towns with only one / two cybercafé providing internet connection. So in our model, I plan to persuade those cybercafés to become our Partner Websites. They can provide email IDs to their neighbouring small companies – thereby encouraging them to advertise their vacancies on this cyber cafe’s partner website. That is the only way to reach 500,000.

Pg. No. 218

·         In our case, all jobs & all resumes posted at all partner websites flow into a common / central database.

·         Jobs & Resumes are.

Pg. No. 219

·         GR/IR is totally “self - service”. No human intervention.

·         I want to ultimately evolve a Rating System where in past / curvet employees can rate any company on several criteria, objectively & anonymously. For the moment we will make a beginning with ARM.

Pg. No. 220

·         I plan to offer our Search – Engine (for Resumes) to Subscribers to download & use it offline

Pg. No. 223

·         What we have done in ARM.

·         All services to Jobseekers will be free. Even to corporates first 3 months will be free. Resume Forward (under PRIVATE resume) will also be free.

Pg. No. 224

·         A few days back, Newspaper reported that 4.65 lakh jobseekers registered on Monster India in one month (June 2006). Naukri & times jobs could, possibly boast of similar figures. During April 2006 – Mar 2007, Naukri has budgeted to spend Rs. 3 cores (from projected revenue of Rs. 110/120 crores) on advertising – in Newspapers – on TV – on Internet. Monster’s revenue will be nearly the same – and also its budget for advertising. Times jobs has a big advts every day in its own publication, Times of India – apart from TV ads.

·         We have to beat these giants – (despite their huge advt. budgets) – with NO spend on advts! Only time will tell whether our product / service is so good that a million jobseekers and a thousand Corporate HR mgrs. will themselves go out and “SELL” it by word – of Mouth”.

·         (06-08-06)

Pg. No. 225

·         Axis of Rotation.

·         I hope Profile appear equally “Magical” to HR mgrs. & Jobseekers alike. Maybe, someday soon, we can add a 3D effect.

Pg. No. 226

·         (06-08-06)
