This has practical implications for HR mgrs., who are (let us say) trying to find / search online those candidates (say “production manager”) which / whose resumes are very similar to the resume of their existing.

·         Production manager who has just resigned –and for whom the HR mgr. is trying to find a replacement .ALL that he needs to do, is uploading the latest resume / profile of this existing production-manager on indiarecuriter. Net and our “match-maker” software will search / find / display 10 resumes from database which come closest to the resume uploaded as “Benchmark”, NO filling up of any “Resume-search “from! if Larry pages” resume was used as a “bench-mark” Sergey’s résumé would have a “match-index” of 90%

·         Now we are in the process of in corporate “counters” for Vacancy Blast & “Resume Blast” 

·         A resume is on “Advts” by a jobseeker – advertising his “services” A “job-advts” is on “Advts by a corporate - advertise advertising its “Needs” But, nearly all corporates their “Goods / services” so if a job-portal can attract corporates to advertise “jobs” it can also get corporates, to advertise “Goods / services” Logical extension.

Besides being very intriguing & curiosity / experimentation driven it would immediately “differentiate” GR from all other jobsites. A text resume is quite      like am “image” and “Benchmark” s/w would be “comparing” images  ( with a given image )- and shortlisting, And  images being may consider  many returned the image ( resume) that they have posted as a “Benchmark” !

·         For GR, - this  would be like monster India  /  Naukri, deciding to become “partner websites” But this can happen only if Google jobs .in join as our partner website what would / could make Google to decide to join GR ?

·         # 1 if GR could offer the fastest & most reliable jobserach & resume –search results, in the domain. Of “online Recruiter”   if 200+ newspapers & couple of TV channels would start printing / publishing JAS/JAT – and reach out 200 million India every day.

·         Although very remote, should Google Recruiter, we too could face a situation of our webservers crashing every day! We would need lakes of rupees to install additional servers and get support staff. If Google ties up with GR we too would get pitted a against Monster / Naukri.

BY showing against each Keywords / phrase, it’s “probability” will help jobseekers / recruiters to decide, how much (what amount) to bid for each.

·         We did- but none of them would spend any money to advertise “jam –hence JAM never tool –off.

·         As far as existing jobsites are conceded they will either with GR or keep out AS-far as other websites are concerned, they may not want to become our regular partners and yet want to provider to their visitors, some job-resume related services. They might want to simply place appropriate links on their home pages cg. Jobs / Resumes which lead to one of our partner websites.

·         If JAS can gain some momentum by roping in HINDU / Dainik Jag ran / Punjab keshari / DNA etc. our credibility will serge among the rest.

·         Since JAM failed to take off, we let JAS die naturally. ! But I think, someday we will be able to revive JAM when we figure out a way to deliver SMS to jobseekers without having to depend upon mobile services providers.

·         No doubt a “great product” is a key element – but success still eludes indiarecuriter for want of “great marketing” – i.e. tots of marketing money, it could also be that Recruiter are not” ready” for a great. They need a lot of educating.

·         In WWJ our proposition is similar –once, registered for JAM a jobseeker need not fear” missing-out on & suitable job getting posted on any jobsite.

·         Only early this week, Google refused to divulge to us. Govt. the aggregation/ frequency of usage, of search- storms / Keywords used by millions of Google users- even for a 10 day period and even without revealing users identities,

·          Who can click open 5 million links returned by Google search results? If, someday someone comes up with “solutions” to a person’s problems (just 5/15 solutions is move than enough) – Goggle will be in trouble!  Serious trouble! As far as Resume Search Is Concerned, This Is What Resume Rater does!

Planned to be done in match maker.

·         A company making a product or offering a  service / consultancy /advice, will buy key words so that its offering features under “sponsored links” for months or even year it wants to “sell” that product / service again & again & again, to as many buyers as possible JobAdvt on the other hand has a very shore life a few weeks till job gets filled, same job cannot be a few to more than 1 person so, you cannot expect corpo.
