·         Who intended? Can that very object intend what it wants to become?

·         This is also the Hindu belief enshrined in vedas.

·         In the closing years of 20^th century and opening years of 21^st century, the tension is between Christianity & Islam or so it would seem But I think the militancy & Extremism , anywhere has roots in joblessness! It is HAVES vs HAVE NOTS.

·         It is all about vulgar RICHES vs STARK STARVING POVERTY !

·         Religion is only a garb which religious leaders are exploiting & do not want to see !

·         Will professionals, everywhere, be in a position to take-up jobs in any part of the world, without any constraint/hindrance, by (say) 2015? Will WTO facilitate free movement of jobseekers around the world? That would be true interconnect.

·         There is no doubt Monster/Naukri will try to come up with some response when JAM/WWJ succeeds.

·         WWJ/JAM is but a very small change (way of searching for jobs on internet ) as compared to a system comprising of over 40000 jobsites hosting millions of job-adcts (the  LARGE SYSTEM)- could it, prove to be a butterfly?

·         Like tree leaves swaying in wind.

·         As a result of JAM if jobseekers stop visiting jobsites ( to search for jobs), that would be “ tipping the balance”. Q: if there are no jobseekers, searching for jobs on jobsites, why would corporate post job-advts on jobsites? But if they don’t, we can’t download either! And if jobseekers do not post resumes, why would corporates conduct.

·         Resumes search ? so, if revenue source of jobsites dry up, how would jobsites Adopt to JAM? Can we help them find a new source of revenue?

·         Jobsites & job search may never be same again.

·         Make available job-seekers everywhere.

·         Enable them to put this info to use by applying online from their mobiles.

·         Would Monster / Naukri recognize future impact of JAM on their business?
