·         What is the Product of WWJ? Is it ImageBuider? No! JAM is our product (really our service delivering job alerts on a mobile and enabling Apply Online from mobile to that is our product or service. That is the star of our movie.

·         This “method” of delivering job alerts and of “Applying online” is what different ides JAM from any similar service, currently available.  

·         Conducting job searches on hundreds of jobsites daily is a problem –and that is what JAM solves,

·         We too, targeting “non –internet –savvy” jobseekers, who don’t know the existence of hundreds of jobsites, nor know the many different & clever “keywords” with which to search for jobs on these jobsites, for such millions of jobseekers, JAM “improvers” the process of job searching” making it very simple.

But JAT (job Alert on TV) will follow JAM except that once again Mobile service providers will be at the center of the Network and make even more money thru JAT.

·         It Is My Intention to Continuously “Invent” more & more features, which will enable MSPE: to make more & more money! This is very important for durable thresh partnership.

·         In JAT, job-alerts (really speaking, job-advts) will get-delivered to a jobseeker on a TV (JOB CHANNEL) but the “Resume Delivering” But then, why JAT / job channel?!   I will make a separate note of justification. ·         Will our copycat competitor, also call his product JAC- job-Alert on cellphone? Quite likely. Jobsites, currently, are alerts as emails. Delivering on mobile, constitute a mere improvement? Group of customers remain same!

Would be to keep the prices quite low right from the beginning,  it would translate in to . Erecting “Entry BARRIERS” for potential competitors an enormous “customer –base” which gets “locked” in.

·         Jobsites make all their money from their corporate clients. We will make all our money from jobseekers. So, we are not attacking jobsites and they cannot attack us.

·         BPL / TATA talked about Rs. 5/- per premium SMS but I could convince Mr. Kuldeep Goyal to keep it at Rs.3/- I would like to lower it still more with Airtel may be.

·         Big question still remains, whether a 160 character jobalert SMS would carry the Essential info, to convince a jobseeker to click Apply Online!

·         A normal sms, today costs between Rs. 0.50/1.00 so, jobseekers may be willing to pay Rs. 2.00 for a premium SMS.

·         If JAM volumes become very large, even at low prices, profits could still be high & attract competitors.

·         We don’t have Govt. problem in India.

·         To keep competitors out, we must keep low price to begin with. Once we have millions of job seekers locked in and also MSPs locked in we can gradually raise the price.

·         I don’t think we will need to go public for a long time. So no need to worry ablout market price of our stock.

·         Many years ago ( may be 30), I read a book about “ Theory of cognitive Dissonance. It said, after you have bought let us say a Sony MP 3 player – you start looking out for others who have bought the same product. This is to comfort yourself with the knowledge that this product is in great demand and therefore, you made a right choice!!

·         So, success of JAM will depend upon, how the first few hundred / thousand of people take to it and upon how others around them get influenced by these Early Adopters.

·         When jobseekers start getting jobalerts on their mobile and start Applying from their mobiles will they atleast compare JAM with jobsearch on Monster/Naukri etc?

·         Wheras the revenue share offered ny MSps 25%-30% is not veryhigh, we must not succumb to the temtation to setup our own SMS server & deliver JAM directly to jobseekers so that we can keep entire 100% of revenue.

·         I would rather continue with MSPs but get them to share 25% with jobsites from ehere we down load jobs. It is better to have, all partners in our network satisfied & Profitable.

·         This is also the reason we should deliver thru MSps as many new features as possible eg. Salary profiles so that they can make more money.

·         About 2/3 weeks back, monster India, has launched a TV advts campaign; Naukri did this a few months back. Their central theme of “deriding / getting back. Even “with the boss (because you have received an interview –call thru Naukri), is likely to cause a resentment amongst bosses- and amongst recruitment amongst bosses-and amongst recruitment managers, alike I BELIEVE This Is A Poor Strategy-Just To Be Believe   able to create  a “shock” value.

·         We are in to recruitment industry online recruitment.

·         World –wide-jobs” was born on 19-07-04 ( website got hosted ) first promotional & email to 2.2 million jobseekers, started going out  on 12-08-04 second email started on and still continuing. Wwj is a process a very different process of delivering “job-alerts and of delivering resumes. Is wwj website a medium?

·         Then why do billings watch TV commercials? At least I click “mute on the remote!  DOCOMO & HOTMAIL did At their peak, both were registering 120.000 clients every day, Reliance did it too, with its 2003. Monsoon Hungnam after for mobile service and got 1 million clients in 1 month!

Job Alert messages and resumes messages.  After a one time initial investment on these “devices” subsequent incoming “messages” were FREE. But in case wwj/ jam, after spending RS.- 3000/= phone, there is a monthly / recurring cost.

·         It costs us just # 40 to send emails to 2.2 million! First promotional email was “opened” by 1.6 million but only 2200 registrations! Idea Recruiter mangers cannot cope with their job without image Builder!

·         Wwj/ does this./ For this, 2  I am depending upon msp: /  our “TERMS” clearly say this . / Salary –profiles tenure profile crater profile.

·         Image Builder if msp: tie-up with wwj first, they can’t go else-where!

·         We plan to get business formalists & respected HR consultants to writer articles about WWJ/ JAM we must also conduct opinion poll amongst HR mgrs. About image Builder then publish results.

I believe jobseekers would “Talk” to their friends, once they start getting interview –calls against resumes they sent thou JAM first, they need a “PROOF” that JAM really works! This proof can also come, if Recruitment mgrs.. Start clicking on “Feedback” from .when they received. Resumes forwarded by JAM. This would convince jobseekers. Then of course the very act of seeing a friend look at job alert on this mobile and then clicking “SEND” could convince many jobseekers to try JAM on their own.

Obviously no vice-president who got a job by using JAM can be expected to endorse it publicly! But some Recruitment Mgrs. who is very happy with ImageBuilder.can be persuaded to talk about JAM.

·         But if public at large believes that these guys are endorsing our product because of the money, could it have an opposite effect? is it not same with celebrity  endprermrnts on ? Does anyone believe that they “use” this product? May do, in villages. They do.

That would persuade thousands of HR managers to follow suit. This could also apply to pundit malhotra (Human capital) & Lima sehga of “job Net” magazine.

·         Our “jobsite Affiliate program” will pick-up only when thousands of “apply online” clicks pile-up against jobs downloaded from each jobsite & we are able to how to each how much money they could carn-adily –without doing anything!

·         WWJ would know precisely how much revenue each msp generates thru JAM, each month (-and of course our own revenue share) we cannot revel the absolute revenue- figures of individual msp but we can & will reveal the % age to all –every month.

Of a structured database with this data base we will have many ways to make money elsewhere-which we don’t; share with donating jobsites.   From 30% what we get from msp if we give away 50% to jobsites, we are  left with only 15% which looks hardly worth the effort But idea is do away with spidering & job mining that would  speed up things –reduce costs & our servers free only for matchmaking, ulthrately WWJ must get out from all “processing” & only remain an “Exchange”.

·         Usp of JAM IS “TIME-SAVING”. Just a click on the mobile. This is not an issue for JAM with millions of unemployed in India.  3G / Broadband will come to India soon. Price of handsets too will drop, year-after year.

Profile Graph is bound to generate lot of conversation. During interview Function.  Answer we will do this by making available to then a tabulation of all resumes image Builders forwarded by JAM –in descending order of “percentile” of function. But we will send this tabulation in respect of only those resumes, where clicked on FEEDBACK-from. I hope that, in order to get mgrs. Will click on ALL resumes!

·         I presume “call-center Agents” would constitute one such “hive” currently Indian call centers have  50% churn-rate, so “Agents” getting jobs thru JAM are likely to spread the news fast.

·         Simply displaying job-Advts on TV is quite similar there are a no of steps before your resume can reach an advertiser. We should enable a jobseeker to bounce any jobs alert to a friend’s mobile with one click.

Start insisting on image Builder ! So it is very important to “SELL” the image Builder to HR mgrs.
