·         After 9 month, we have only 33 resumes (profiles) on India Recruiter, causing a “poor customer experience during “Resume Search!!

·         Therefore, I am trying to persuade the HR mgrs. / Recruitment Mangers / Headhunters etc. to “tell” the candidates to register on our website, obtain their PEN (permanent Executive Number ) and phone this no to the interviewers – who can, then, enter this no in IIT (Regular ) ,to conduct the interview.  Candidates will be more amenable to being told by INTERIEWERS I hope, this strategy works.
