·         Some 40 years ago, I read Norbert Weiner’s “ Human use of human Beings”- may be that is inspiration behind WWJ/ JAM why should people have to “search “for jobs?

·         I Imagine personal “software agents” of jobseekers, negotiating “Salary” with Similar agents of employers.

Technically it is not different to “match” job-advts posted during last ONE hour given adequate processing power but I don’t know, if anyone would want job alerts “pushe” to him every hour!

·         I Gurunet we have decided to introduce Jab ( Job Advt. broadcasting ) within minutes of a corporate posting his job- advt on any partner jobsite, a SMS job-alerts will flash on the mobile – screens of “ suitable / matching” candidates thru JAM feature of world-widw-Jobs.com. I hope this feature will attract many jobsites to join GuruNet. They could leverage JAB to attract many Coprporate subscribers & Increase their revenue.

·         JAB should enable recruiters to cut down recruitment cycle to a few days.

·         WWJ too stores each subscriber’s job pref.

·         Initially, we plan to give away ImageBuilders, Free, to HR managers.

·         About a year ago, I wrote a note (to Kartaya?) saying: we can never get a hundred HR mgrs. to agree on a common format for a resumes so it is fulfile to attempts BUT – I would not be surprised that, once we launch ImageBuilder, some 10000HR mgrs. embrace it whole-heartedly and swear by it. ImageBuilder which we created to serve our “Immediate” purpose.

·         Video-interviewing will speed-up recruitment.

·         Similar to asking which job-alert must be displayed first/second/third/fourt etc? what logic should be used?

·         This logic can be developed, based on “Trend/pattern” of each jobseekers “Apply online” click history. We will know what he likes!

·         Someday, we too will deliver to an HR mgr., hundreads – arranged in descending order ( or ascending) of the “percentile – score”, of Function / Salary etv. Now a HR mgr need to look at only the top 10/20 could go up dramatically with such an “ordering Sysytem”.

We could even make this (experiment) an online game for Recruitment Managers thereby tapping into the brain power of thousands wiyhout having to hire them! Once we manage this no one can beat us!
